IBX Fitness Training for the Move'n'Groove 5K
Never done a 5K before? Want to feel prepped so you can complete it? Just want to exercise outside?
When Is This?
- Four Sundays: March 5, March 19, April 2, April 16.
Where Is This?
- Memorial Park – We’ll meet at the concrete stage area!
What Will We Do?
- 15 min warmup/mini-workout focusing on running muscles
- 30 min of running/walking/skating as much of the course as you want
- 10 min cooldown
Who is this open to?
How Much Does This Cost?
- You don’t need to be registered for the Move’n’Groove to participate.
