IBX Fitness Training for the Move'n'Groove 5K

When Is This?

  • Four Sundays: March 5, March 19, April 2, April 16.
  • 9:30am-10:20am

Where Is This?

  • Memorial Park – We’ll meet at the concrete stage area!

What Will We Do?

  • 15 min warmup/mini-workout focusing on running muscles
  • 30 min of running/walking/skating as much of the course as you want
  • 10 min cooldown

Who is this open to?

  • Everyone!
